The Works Printing Group is committed to managing environmental matters as a major part of business planning and print processes. Our commitment to our manufacturing facilities and surrounding environment not only intend to comply with environmental legislation, we will continue to improve current methods and practices. We will achieve this by:
- Involving all employees in developing a culture of environmental awareness and understanding the importance of complying with implemented systems and procedures.
- Focusing on real and achievable aspects of use of raw material, recycling and waste disposal.
- Selecting key indicators and developing meaningful systems to monitor our overall environmental performance.
- Communicating to our suppliers and subcontractors our commitment to our environmental policy and the importance of their involvement.
Management at all levels will be responsible for the implementation of procedures and for the communication to all employees, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Ongoing information will be made available to customers and interested members of the public.
